Find Your Way Home - Courses

Self-guided courses for women who are tired of pushing through, swallowing their words, and trying to become more confident by pretending they already are.

These are practical, nervous-system-friendly courses to help you understand what you need, speak up with more steadiness, and come home to yourself one small Quest at a time.

Start with Inner Needs

if you feel disconnected from yourself.

For the woman who keeps overriding herself.

You are tired, resentful, flat, or constantly “fine,” but when someone asks what you need, your brain turns into a buffering wheel.

This helps you:

  • notice what you actually need

  • understand why you dismiss it

  • rebuild self-trust

  • stop treating your needs as inconvenient

  • make small changes without blowing your life up

Start with Assertive You

if you know what you need but struggle to say it.

For the woman who has the conversation perfectly… three hours too late.

You replay what you should have said. You soften, apologise, over-explain, shrink, or let things slide because speaking up feels too big in the moment.

This helps you:

  • notice where you shrink

  • understand your assertiveness patterns

  • practise speaking clearly

  • stop confusing kindness with self-abandonment

  • build a steadier voice in real life

For the woman who wants to see the map hidden in her own words.

Upload your typed reflections or Rocketbook transcripts and see recurring themes, needs, patterns, and progress across your course work.

This helps you:

  • see what keeps coming up

  • notice what is changing

  • connect insights across courses

  • turn reflection into evidence

  • stop losing your growth in scattered notebooks

Add Pattern Spotter

if you want to see your recurring thoughts, themes, and progress.

Woman journaling

Sat nav for the way home

Not every step home happens in the gym (as much as I might want it to).

Sometimes the next step is learning what you feel - which I rejected for a LONG time.
Sometimes it is noticing what you need - which I had no clue about.
Sometimes it is finding the words you have swallowed for years, learning to be brave even when you don’t want to.
Sometimes it is realising the route you have been following was never actually taking you where you wanted to go. That is the probably not so shocking realisation I came to. And I had no idea what to do about it.

I had tried journaling. I had no direction so it didn’t work for me.

I tried bubble baths. Well, I bought the bath stuff, sniffed it now and again (it’s nice), then showered as normal. It’s quicker.

I tried therapy. That was excruciating and expensive.

I listened to books and podcasts which I love but while I understood them intellectually, the tools rolled off me like me falling out of a headstand.

So I set off on a journey to find my solution.

The result, these courses. They are what I used. I have done this work. They are here to help you find the way back to yourself with more clarity, courage and kindness.

They are not here to fix you. They are not therapy.

They are certainly not here to give you another thing to fail at.

They are guided, practical, self-paced Quests designed to help you understand yourself, build self-trust, and take the small daily steps that bring you closer to the woman you already are underneath the noise.

Think of them like sat nav for the way home.

They help you notice where you are, what you need, where the old routes keep taking you, and which tiny turning might lead you back to yourself.

Start gently.
Go at your own pace.
Return as often as you need.

Inner Needs

A 6-week guided self-trust course for women who are tired of pushing through, people-pleasing, and wondering why they feel so disconnected from themselves.

This is not journaling for the sake of journaling. It is not staring at a blank page and hoping your entire life suddenly explains itself. This is the path I took, a journey I went on, have led others through and now want to pass to you.

It is guided reflection that actually leads somewhere.

Through simple daily practices, body-based check-ins, weekly themes, nervous-system reset tools that you will remember, and printable/fillable PDFs, you’ll learn how to understand what you need, why you override it (no shame, I did it for years), and how to begin honouring yourself with more clarity, courage and kindness.

This is for you if:

You are tired of pushing through.
You know there are things you want to say, but they get stuck.
You want practical tools, not vague “just love yourself” advice.
You like reflection, but you need structure.
You want change that feels kind, grounded, and doable.

This is not for you if:

You want someone to tell you exactly how to live.
You want a quick fix that bypasses the work.
You are looking for crisis support or therapy.
You want motivation built on shame, pressure, or proving yourself.

You are not needy. You are human. And your needs are part of the route back to yourself.

How it works

Inner Needs is designed to help you notice what you need, understand why you have learned to override it, and begin turning that awareness into small, honest boundaries.

Each week gives you a clear theme, guided reflections, body-based check-ins, and simple daily Quests to help you listen to yourself without turning the process into another performance.

You will start by noticing the places where you feel tired, resentful, flat, tense, invisible, or “fine” when you are not really fine. From there, you will begin to recognise the needs sitting underneath those feelings.

Not the polished, acceptable needs you think you are allowed to have. The real ones.

The need for rest. Space. Help. Honesty. Expression. Comfort. Choice. Quiet. Support. Play. Protection. Permission.

As those needs become clearer, the course helps you gently explore what gets in the way of honouring them. The old rules. The fear of disappointing people. The habit of being easy. The belief that needing less makes you more lovable.

Then, step by step, you begin to practise what comes next: boundaries.

Not dramatic ultimatums. Not walls. Not becoming cold, harsh, or unavailable.

Boundaries as tiny acts of self-respect. Boundaries as information. Boundaries as a way of saying, “This is what I need to stay connected to myself here.”

You will not be asked to blow your life up, have terrifying conversations before you are ready, or suddenly become someone who never wobbles.

You will be invited to notice, name, practise, choose and start your journey home to yourself.

By the end of Inner Needs, the aim is not just that you understand yourself better.

It is that you have a clearer sense of what your needs are asking for, where your boundaries may need to begin, and how to take the first honest steps toward protecting the relationship you are rebuilding with yourself.

Assertive You

For the woman who has the conversation perfectly three hours too late.

Assertive You is a 6-week guided course for women who are tired of swallowing their words, softening their needs, apologising for existing, or replaying conversations long after the moment has passed.

Through guided reflection, daily nervous system reset practices, body-based check-ins, and small real-life Quests, this course helps you settle your system, embody the practice, and stay with yourself in the moments when your voice needs strength.

Because assertiveness is not about winning the room. It is about not leaving yourself behind in it. You do not need to become a different person to speak up. You need tools that help you notice what happens in your body, understand the pattern, and practise a steadier way of responding before the moment has already galloped off with your voice in its pocket. You are not too sensitive. You are not too much. You are not difficult for having a need, a preference, a boundary, or an opinion. You are allowed to take up space.

This course will help you:

  • Notice the moments where you soften, shrink, apologise, or go quiet

  • Understand what your nervous system is trying to protect you from

  • Separate kindness from self-abandonment

  • Practise saying what you mean without turning it into a courtroom speech

  • Build tolerance for the discomfort of being heard

  • Recover after hard conversations without spiralling for three business days

  • Create small, real-life scripts that sound like you

  • Trust that your voice is allowed in the room

This is for you if:

You replay conversations and think, “Why didn’t I just say that?”
You say yes when your body is already saying no
You worry that being clear will make you seem rude
You over-explain because being misunderstood feels unbearable
You apologise before you have even made a request
You can advocate beautifully for other people, but go blurry when it is for you
You want to speak up without becoming someone you do not recognise

This is not for you if:

You want to dominate conversations or win arguments
You are looking for scripts that manipulate people
You want to bypass the discomfort of being honest
You need crisis support, mediation, or therapy
You want shame, pressure, or “boss babe” performance confidence

How it works

Each week gives you a theme, a set of guided reflections, and small daily Quests to help you understand your assertiveness patterns in real life.

You will look at what happens before, during, and after moments where your voice gets stuck. You will learn to spot the body cues, the old stories, the protective habits, and the places where you confuse peacekeeping with disappearing.

Then you will practise tiny, usable ways to speak more clearly.

Not perfectly. Not aggressively. Not with a new personality and a clipboard.

Just more honestly, more steadily, and with yourself still in the room.

Ready to stop abandoning yourself in the conversation? Start Assertive You.

The Pattern Spotter

For the woman who wants to see the map hidden in her own words.

Pattern Spotter is an optional private tool that helps you see the recurring thoughts, themes, needs, and changes appearing across your course reflections.

You can upload typed PDFs or Rocketbook transcripts and receive a simple pattern map of what keeps showing up, what is shifting, and where your attention may want to go next. It is for the woman with notebooks, notes, reflections, half-finished thoughts, tiny revelations, repeated phrases, and “I swear I have written this before” moments scattered everywhere. Because sometimes the thing that changes everything is not another prompt.

It is seeing what you have already been trying to tell yourself. Pattern Spotter does not replace your intuition. It helps you hear yourself more clearly.

It turns your reflections into a map, so your growth does not disappear into a notebook pile, a Google Drive folder, or the bottomless swamp of “I’ll look at that later.”

This is not analysis from outside you. It is a mirror for the words you have already written. A way to notice the themes. A way to catch the patterns. A way to see that something is changing, even when it still feels like you are in the messy middle.

What Pattern Spotter can help you see

Recurring thoughts and phrases
Repeated emotional themes
Needs that keep appearing
Protective patterns
Places where you override yourself
Old stories that keep taking the wheel
Areas of progress across time
Changes between one course and another
Themes that may be ready for deeper attention
Evidence that you are not going round in circles, even when it feels like you are

This is especially useful if:

You love reflection but lose track of what you have written
You use Rocketbook or typed PDFs
You are doing more than one Grit & Moonlight course
You want to repeat a course later and see what has changed
You like evidence, patterns, maps, and meaning
You often think, “There is something here, but I cannot quite see it yet”
You want a clearer picture of your own growth without having to manually reread everything

This is not for you if:

You want a tool to tell you who you are
You want a diagnosis, therapy, or crisis support
You want to outsource your own knowing
You are uploading handwritten scans that have not been transcribed
You want a perfect scientific report rather than a reflective pattern map

How it works

  • Complete your course reflections using a fillable PDF, typed document, or Rocketbook transcript.

  • Upload your typed reflection file into Pattern Spotter.

  • The tool reads your words and creates a simple map of repeated themes, emotional patterns, needs, and possible areas of growth.

  • You can use the map to reflect, revisit a course section, notice what is changing, or choose your next Quest.

  • Your words stay yours.

  • The purpose is not to judge them, mark them, grade them, or tell you what they mean.

  • The purpose is to help you see the path you are already walking.

Works beautifully with:

  • Inner Needs

  • Assertive You

  • Emotional DOMS

  • Strong Again reflections

  • Mission Pull-Up celebrations

  • Highway to Handstand reflections

  • Any future Grit & Moonlight Quest with typed reflection work

Why it matters

Most courses ask you to reflect, but they leave you to make sense of pages and pages of your own writing alone. Pattern Spotter helps you connect the dots. It can show you that the same need has appeared five times in different disguises.

It can show you that a fear which once shouted now whispers. It can show you that your language has changed, your choices have changed, or your relationship with yourself has softened.

Tiny evidence. Quiet evidence. The kind your nervous system may actually believe. Add Pattern Spotter to your Quest.

Nervous System Reset Guide
£0.00

Your body has two voices. One is trying to keep you safe. One is trying to keep you alive.

Most of us have spent years listening to one and ignoring the other — pushing through when we should pause, freezing when we want to move, wondering why we feel so far away from ourselves even when nothing is technically wrong.

This guide is not therapy. It is not a deep dive. It is five simple, practical tools for the moments when your nervous system goes offline and you need something that actually works — not a bubble bath, not a breathing exercise you'll forget the second you're stressed, not advice that sounds good in a podcast and rolls straight off.

These are the tools I use. They take minutes. They don't require anything except you and a small amount of willingness to pay attention to yourself.

Consider this the first step back in.

Emotional Recovery Menu
£0.00

You've done the hard thing. You said the thing, felt the thing, survived the thing. Now your nervous system is buzzing — or blank — or both at once, and you're not quite sure what to do with yourself.

This is the Recovery Menu.

Three potions, one for wherever you've landed. Whether you're fragile and floaty, fired up with nowhere to put it, or just ready to come back to yourself — there's something in here for you. Pick one. Pick all of them. Add your own.

You're allowed to choose more than one.

Free download — no faff, just the toolkit.

A note from me, Becky

- There was a time I would have hidden in cardio corner before I ever let myself try this.

I have been down the “normal” paths.

Almost no one smiles there.

For a long time, I wondered why they weren’t working for me. So I went deeper. I looked underneath the usual advice, the usual rules, the usual ways women are told to train, cope, heal, journal, rest and become more confident.

And underneath, I found something that felt more honest.

A way that lit me up.

So this work, and probably me in general, is for the woman who does not want the usual version.

Not fitness as punishment.

Not self-care as another performance.

Not journaling as a blank page and a guilt spiral.

Not confidence built on pretending.

Not healing that asks you to become someone else.

These are the flip-side Quests.

The underneath work.

The small, practical, human steps that help you hear yourself again.

More Quests are coming soon.

For now, begin where you are.

A woman smiling while climbing an indoor bouldering wall with colorful handholds.
