A ridiculous, joyful afternoon of rings, handstands, movement, cake, fizz and finding out you’re capable of considerably more than you thought.
There are no sashes. No matching T-shirts. No bar crawl with a checklist.
There is a gym floor, a set of rings, a bar, some yoga mats and a group of women who are about to surprise themselves completely.
What actually happens
Seventy-five minutes of movement, play, laughter and discovering what your body can do when nobody is asking it to perform, look a certain way or get anything right.
We start where you are.
No experience needed. No particular fitness level required. The only qualification is that you showed up.
You will try things that look impossible and discover that some of them aren't.
You will laugh until your abs hurt in a way no crunch has ever managed.
And somewhere along the way, you will do something on the rings, on the mat, upside down or in the air that you will want to tell people about on Monday morning.
Then we celebrate.
Prosecco or soft drinks. Homemade cake. DIY popcorn salad bowls.
Because movement and joy and good food belong in the same room.
The magic shots (not that kind)
Here is the part nobody expects.
Every woman at Henstands gets a personalised magic shot, created from something she actually did during the session.
Then we turn up the volume.
The superhero.
The fairy.
The circus performer.
The woman riding a dragon.
Not because we are pretending you are someone else.
Because sometimes it takes seeing yourself through a different lens to realise how extraordinary you already looked doing the thing you were convinced you couldn't do.

Despite the name, Henstands is not just for hen parties.
Birthdays. Girls’ afternoons. Team days. Reunions. Celebrations. Or simply gathering your favourite people together because you’ve decided you would all benefit from spending a couple of hours trying things you’ve never done before.
Or at least haven’t done since you were five.
You’ll climb, balance, hang, play, almost certainly end up upside down at some point, eat cake, have a drink and discover that grown-ups are still very much allowed to do ridiculous things just because they’re fun.
Everything can be adapted to your group, and absolutely no previous experience is required.
You don’t need an occasion, really.
“We fancied doing something different” is a perfectly good one.
