About me
I’m Becky, the coach behind Grit & Moonlight.
I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher, writer, nervous-system nerd, movement magpie, and firm believer that women deserve fitness spaces where they can feel strong without having to become hard.
My work blends strength training, yoga, mobility, emotional literacy, nervous-system education, play, and a gentle dose of “what if we tried?” energy.
I love proper training. I love excellent form. I love being upside down. I love helping women lift, move, breathe, balance, wobble, laugh, rebuild, and surprise themselves.
I am not here to turn you into a project.
I am here to help you feel more at home in the body and life you already live in.
Whether we are lifting weights, exploring movement, walking through something you have been carrying alone, or untangling the thoughts you haven’t had anywhere to put, my mission is always the same:
