Grit & Moonlight is for women over 30 who want to feel strong again, without being shouted at, shamed, or squeezed into someone else’s version of fitness.

Here, strength is not punishment. Yoga is not performance. Nervous-system work is not another thing to get “right.” And play is not childish. It is one of the ways we remember what our bodies can do.

Through strength coaching, yoga, mobility, nervous-system tools, walk-and-talk support, and self-guided toolkits, this work helps you rebuild trust with your body and come back to yourself one honest step at a time.
