Assertive You
Say what you mean. Keep your peace.
A guided course in boundaries, voice, and self-trust — for the women who've spent years making themselves smaller to keep everyone else comfortable.
Find your voice
There is a part of you right now that is thinking about something you should have said.
Something to the person who cut in front of you in a queue. Something to the colleague who took credit for your idea. Something to the person you love most in the world, who somehow made you feel like you had to become smaller just to fit inside their day.
You've been replaying it ever since.
Assertive You: The Quest to Speak Your Truth is a six-week daily practice for women who are done swallowing their words, over-explaining their needs, and abandoning themselves to keep the peace.
This isn't about becoming louder. It's about becoming honest — in a way that is kind, clear, and entirely yours.
Over six weeks you'll move through a journey that takes you from noticing where you shrink, all the way to speaking the sentence you've been carrying. Each week builds on the last, with daily morning check-ins, a weekly quest of small acts, and a nervous system reset designed to help your body feel as safe as your mind needs it to be.
Week by week, you'll move from:
Spotting the moments you go quiet → letting your preferences exist out loud → finding the words before you need them → holding your line when someone pushes back → taking up the space that was always yours → speaking your truth into the world
No performance. No script. Just you, showing up for yourself — one small, brave sentence at a time.
Because your voice isn't lost. It's just been waiting for permission.

Section 1: Map of My Silence
Before you can change something, you have to be able to see it. This section is your starting point — not a self-help exercise, but an honest reckoning with the moments you go quiet. Where do you shrink? Who do you shrink for? What do you tell yourself in the seconds between having something to say and deciding not to say it? You're not here to judge any of those answers. You're here to map them. Because you cannot find your way back to your voice without knowing where you left it.
